I'm from Puchong, Selangor, and I'm an English Communication student who loves exploring the intricacies of languages. I'm also a curious and introspective individual who loves to dive deeper into the arts of life.

I was born in Subang Jaya Medical Centre, Selangor and am the youngest in my siblings. Alongside that, my family is close-knit, and we cherish the time spent together. I am who I am today because of my parents' upbringing and the value of education and kindness. We laugh, eat together, and have a strong sense of support that keeps us attached to our house.

My Education Journey

My educational path has been one of personal growth and exploration. At the age of 18, I started my new journey in Foundation in TESL at UiTM Dengkil, Selangor. My time in Dengkil was more than just a stopover. I got to explore a lot of things there. Not only phonetics and complicated figurative language, but meaningful friendships, thoughtful lecturers, beautiful scenery in Dengkil and also— theatre!

My Goal/Ambition

Frankly, my biggest dream right now is to dive deeper into teachings. Taking English Communication gives me more opportunities to explore another side of the English language. Plus, I’m all about exploring how language connects people and shapes cultures— it’s so fascinating, and I actually want to use what I learn to make a difference, whether it’s through research, teaching, or just bridging gaps between communities.

I am honestly unsure what my future will look like but I aspire to be an English teacher someday, or perhaps a lexicographer as it is one of my dreams too to become one.

From Usrah 1, I gained a lot of valuable things, such as the importance of connecting with new people and also new knowledge from those who have different backgrounds and expertise. I find it amazing since we can exchange information with one another. However, I also think it isn't all about religious knowledge, but being in Usrah 1 gives me the golden opportunity to become a better version of myself.

I think that the naqibah always does well in discussing certain matters about Islamic knowledge. She's also friendly and outgoing. However, I do think that we should include opinions from each person in the class so that everyone can get something for themselves on that day.

Additionally, perhaps one day, we can invite guest speakers or experts in any field to give talks and offer diverse perspectives in Usrah 1 so it can benefit everyone.
