Convenient</div><div>Our motive in building this app is to ease burden of the students. With this application students can take their attendance just by entering the codes that will be provided by us. Students can also pay for their tuition fees or fine through this application. Students will also be able to keep up with the latest news regarding the university.<br><br></div><div>ii. Modernization</div><div>We would like to expose the Malaysian University students to the modern world. Students no longer need to turn on the computer or laptop to browser for the information regarding their university. With this application everything is one click away.</div><div> </div><div>iii. Newness</div><div>          Our application will be the first one in Malaysia to work closely with the university to help student’s life. Through the applications, students will be able to get their class schedules and exam schedule automatically. Next, this application will notify students regarding the university’s events or activities. Meaning to say, students will no longer miss any event or activities run by any faculty in the UMS. Taking an attendance wont longer be a mess because all the students need to do is enter the code provided by the apps, and their attendance will automatically key into the system. This will also ease the burden of the lecturer. In conclusion, everything in our application offers are very futuristic.</div><div> </div>]]></description>

It should convince consumers that this product or service is better that other on the market.this proposition can lead to a competitive advantage when consumers pick that particular product or service over other competitors because they receive greater value.<br><br><br>QUESTION 2<br>What 'value' your business idea/product provide to customer?<br><br>ANS:<br>i. NEWNESS<br>We offer a new food product that have never been made or sold before in Sabah.<br>We produce food product from waste materials are jackfruit for tofu food. To solve our<br>problem about jackfruit remove, we agreed to create jackfruit to become tofu 1:8. This<br>is because student and public are not aware of the benefits jackfruit so that they waste.<br>Therefore to solve the problem, we agreed the problem about jackfruit for offer some<br>new product to chance other raw materials examples in before we do soybeans to tofu<br>but in project we do new thing is are jackfruit to become tofu.<br>ii. PRICE<br>We can offer a lower price compared to the original price of tofu sold. This is<br>because we know the student have many problem especially about financially. In<br>addition student so hard to but tofu because the higher sold in outside. Not only that, if<br>we sold tofu 1:8 in UMS it can helpful student to buy or taste the tofu food. Therefore<br>we have been offering jackfruit tofu product of cheaper price. This is because the<br>material we use is so cheap and don’t to by in market.<br>iii. ECO-FRIENDLY AND SUSTAINABLE<br>Once again mentioning that out team is focus on supporting green technologies in<br>order to support and help preserve our environment, we will reduce the jackfruit from<br>students and public in UMS. Not only that the manufacture of tofu 1:8 is very safe and<br>does not give a bad effect on the environment especially in UMS.<br>iv. EQUALITY.<br>The tofu 1:8 from jackfruit seeds have a good taste and are suitable for consumption<br>jackfruit tofu seeds taste the same as soybeans tofu and student don’t have to worry<br>about the texture. We believe the jackfruit tofu can give satisfaction to student and<br>public when taste the food or buy in UMS.<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
