         <description><![CDATA[<div>We monitor proejcts for several reasons. The most apparent reason is to track project progress against project milestones and deadlines. We also monitor to: Track budget, review contractors and work quality, manage client expectation and contract management requirements and to enable problems to identified and managed as/when they arise.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Small changes like suppliers or staff changes, economic pressures can mean adjusting the plan is necessary.  Good managers will tackle problems fast, and monitoring progress facilitates early identification of any changes or failures to meet the scope of the project.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
