2-what went well? I spoke calm and confidently and the teacher was quite nice
3- I would want to be more calm and not to doubt myself as when I was there I had convinced myself it was going to stressful

1 explain task? I had to speak to a potential employer about myself and why I would be a good fit for the job.
2 what went well? I spoke with confidence, and I managed to get the job.
3 I would want to be calmer as when I first got there, I was an inch away from a a panic attack

1 explain task? As a class we had to make a quilt together that had all had to be perfect shape and size for it to work but since we were all on different teams on different tables it was difficult.

2 what went well? We managed to get the quilt to work as a class to get it to work

3 I would try to get more confident as it took us as a class A while to complete the quilt

citizenship and diversity assignment
1-explain the task? in citizenship and diversity, we were told to make a presentation in a team and present it to the class showing what we had learned.
2-what went well? I explained everything as fully as I could, and I ended up with a distinction.
3- If I could do it again, I would try to calm down and step back a bit as while I was really nervous and answered any question, I knew the answer too my teammates felt more comfortable letting me do it resulting in them getting a lower grade.

1- explain the task? we were put in random groups from different courses and were given clues to finding different points around campus
2- what went well? we found everything we needed to and enjoyed ourselves
3- I would want to use more communication as two people from my group left and we didn't realise they were gone till halfway through when we found them

evidence 2-college full time and a job part time
Explain the task? I am at college full time and I also work part time outside so I have to stay motivated to work since I want to keep getting money while keeping on top of revision and assignments
what went well? I have so far handed in all assignments on time and have been to work for all most every shift
I would try to fit some of my hobbies into my schedule as since I've started working I've kind of neglected them a lately

evidence 3-I'm working 8 hour shifts almost every week
explain the task? I am currently working 8 hour shifts almost every week while saving my money so that I can get driving lessons and to begin saving up for a car
what's going well? I have worked as much as possible over the christmas holidays and I've saved £110 off my last wage and I will continue to do so
I will try to still save and gain money but also I need to try and save some time for myself as well as recently I have abandoned my hobbies for the time being because of work

I have had a lesson recycling in which I learnt more about the harms of the waste we produce and how to counteract it
What went well I designed a poster with the intent to share the new info I learned

I take the bus to to work everyday and this is good for sustainability as it is much more CO2 efficient
What went well was it gets me to work early every time and sometimes beats traffic
I will try to use busses more for when I'm going to meet friends or going to college every day using it

Everyday I turn the lights off when I'm not using the room or when I don't need them with saves on power costs and less CO2 is produced
What went well it is really easy and simple to do
Even better if I could cut down on heating in the winter which is what I will try to do

In a lesson about stress we were asked to talk about the triggers we have that causes us to have stress and then after someone would counsil you on what you should do to prevent this

What went well is that we each gave good advice on how to deal with these triggers for example there was advice on how to deal with people snoring and assignments

It would have been better if I fully understood what people were being stressed as I can't really give advice on something I don't fully understand

I have maintained an attendance of 95+% since starting this course
what went well it id quite simple to do to turn up to college on time everyday
even better if I try to do more if I'm ever sick at home as even though I'm ill I can still try to keep myself up to date with assignments and subjects

i was working on a presentation for security threats and my friend was struggling with working on the report so I showed him where to find the report brief aswell as telling them what was missing and what we needed to do

what went well we both obtained a merit in the report

even better if I should have informed them more about evaluating part of the report about giving their opinions

for our CSI practical assignment we were tasked with interviewing our teachers who were pretending to be suspects and it was our task to record and question these suspects and at the start it seemed like my group wasn't getting our suspect to speak as they kept replying no comment because they hadn't cautioned them and explained what was going on so I said and this made them realise they're mistake

what went well we managed to piece together holes in our suspects story and events they could'nt explain for

even better if I would've spoke up earlier as I assumed they'd realise it on their own at first

I have attended every shift at work always on time and not taken one sick day aswell as covering some shifts that people have phoned sick for and starting early or finishing late when asked by my managers if I can

I have achieved a pass on my government exam what went well was that I achieved over the pass boundary so I couldn't fail even better if I achieve a merit or distinction in the resit so that I can get a better grade.

even better if- if I attempted to get my assignments to distinction as i've been told by teachers after handing them in im only a few sentences or im only missing one thing to get them up to distinction standard

at work on multiple occasions I have been asked to count a till up and sign for it and this means I need to ensure the till I have has the exact amount for that till is there

what went well was in the last year I've never had more than 1 retrain on till which means I was neither too much down or too much up in sales

even better if I tried to ensure I don't get retrained at all that way it makes me incredibly reliable and it looks better on my CV

I have been put on window 1 which is handling cash and talking to someone else on headset which meant I have to multi task by telling the person next to me how much their order is and asking how are they paying aswell as asking for the person in the drive thru how they're ordering and what they'd like.

what went well I managed to keep the drive thru moving efficiently without having people wait or slowing down my other co workers.

Even better if I try to improve my ability to memorise what is being said as often I struggle working out how much change I've been given inserting it into the till while also listening to what the other customer has said and putting it into the system.

during the course we took part in a session called beat the barrister which was when we were split in two groups and were given a case one of the groups was the defence the other was the prosecution and we had to present our case to the mayor of barnsley

what went well was that i took a leadership role within my group of the defence and I helped put togwether and deliver our arguments for the case

even better if we kept on track with the case as on multiple stages we were dragging out certain sections making it so by the end we only went through certain sections briefly
