1. Intermitten Fasting
2. This diet is basically where you only eat a certain amount of time each day. This can be at anytime of day, and depending on how much you want to lose your time can vary. Most go somewhere between a 6 to 8 hour window. Though others prefer to eat regularly one day and then the next only eat one small meal. Along with this in your window you can eat anything you want, some may choose to eat healthier which will help them loose faster.
3. This is a good choice not just because of the weight lose, but also other benefits. This can help you produce proteins more efficiently, as well as build up your body's immune system, and much more.
4. Depending on if your a self motivator or you just regularly skip meals, this can be an easy adjustment. But if not you really have to push through and after a month or two of doing this you won't be hungry until your windowed time.

There are multiple methods for intermittent fasting, they’re referred to in the article as 16/8, eat stop eat, and 5:2. 16/8 is where you’re only allowed to eat during an eight hour period and fast for 16 hours in between. Eat stop eat is where you fast for 24 hours two or three times a week. With the 5:2 you eat 500 calories a day for two non-consecutive days and eat normally for the other five. I think fasting is an achievable diet in the way that it’s definitely something most people could do, and it doesn’t have any food restrictions, but I don’t think it’s a healthy way to lose weight. Overall it’s still a calorie restrictive diet and a healthier way to lose weight would just be to eat healthy and work out.

1. Keto
2. The keto diet mostly cuts out nearly all carbs out of your diet only allowing a few grams of carbs a day. You can still eat things like meats, some vegetables, and even very low carb dessert items.
3. Keto is very good for most fitness goals you could have depending on how you do it, it could be used to gain muscle and lose fat, gain more weight, and losing weight. It is potentially a bad choice because it could cause things like low blood pressure and heart disease long term, but keto is meant to be a short term diet to help you meet body goals so overall it isn’t very dangerous.
4. Yes, keto is very easily maintained because you can eat all the things you would regularly eat minus the carbs. But this partially depends on how you tailor the diet to your goals, it could end up being very difficult to maintain

There are different ways to do this diet but the most common is the 16/8 method and it is where you fast from midnight to 12 pm then you can fit in 2 to 3 meals from 12 pm to 8pm then after 8pm you done eat anything until noon on the next day. I believe it is a good choice because it is as simple as just waiting to eat your meal or to just cut out eating after dinner and skip breakfast. Yes it is easy to maintain

Most meal replacement shakes contain the nutrients the body needs the most like fat, carbs, protein, vitamins, and minerals. The bad thing is Liquid diets are low on calories so maintaining it or replacing things in your diet could be challenging also some liquid diets could not go with certain weight loss strategies. The side effect of a liquid diet can be constipation from low fiber. This is only recommended for losing weight if it really works for you.
