Have you eaten enough?
Yes, I'm full. (I'm so hungry, but I'm afraid to say it.)
Eat some more .
I'm full, I don't need it.
This kind of conversation came up a lot when I was a child in a foster home. As a child, I lived in someone else's home and was afraid to eat or be naughty. Because I knew it wasn't my home and I had to be a good, obedient child so that people wouldn't resent me. Since then I have been suppressing my true self and repressing my natural instincts.
Now I always try to find my sealed self in the fragments of my memories.
