Within our communities there are arrays of people with differing talents, opinions, ambitions, and ideas. Challenges facing societies that can hinder growth and movement towards a completely individualized society are mostly fears of judgement and failure. Many people and groups are fearful to be different and stand out among the rest because they are afraid of judgement.
