If you look at the 34% bar compared to the 13% bar, the 13% bar is almost four times as high as the 34%. The 28% bar looks as if no one said "somewhat" in regards to the survey. The 25% bar is higher than the 28% bar. Just taking a glance at this graph would make someone believe that people aren't worried about the Zika virus. Each pie chart adds up to 100%. The proportion of the slices of the pie charts is representative of their percentages. For instance, the 50.12% slice in the third chart is roughly half the pie which is accurate.
