         <description><![CDATA[<div>- It is a against the rules to hold an apponent's mask.<br><br>-You can't pull an apponent's fins.<br><br>- You mustn't hit your opponnent with your elbow.<br><br>-Strangling is not permitted at any time.<br><br>-You can't pull an apponent's swimming suit.<br><br>-Each team has 12 players but only 6 are allowed in the water at the same time.<br><br>-In formal events, there are two umpires in the water at all time (They wear scuba gear) and one deck umpire.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The game consists of 15 minutes halves with a five minutes half time break. Each team is allowed to take one 60 seconds time out per game. The game clock stops for any infringements during the game. Each team has 15 players, 12 of who play in any one game and three possible substitutes.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Underwater rugby players will need the following equipament:<br>-Diving mask (preferably low profile with wide peripheral vision)<br>-Snorkel (Preferably with no purge valve)<br>-Fins(plastic,fibreglass,rubber)<br>-Water po0lo cap and swimmers<br>-Neoprene socks (optional, helps avoid blisters from wearning fins, and can improve fitment of fins)<br>-Fin keepers (optional, helps avoid fins being pulled off during play)</div>]]></description>

In europe, the deep ends of lap pools are usually suitable for underwater rugby, homever in Autralia, we usually play in diving pools, and use specially-constructed walls to mitigate the sloped walls prevalent in many Australia diving pools</div>]]></description>
