I can speak both spanish and english with very little of german and french.
What influenced my use of spanish is when I am around my parents and english when I am around with my friends and both when translating.
My spanish accent are from the (Tzeltal) and (Tzotzil) which both originate from Mayan language and my english accents is part of central kentucky.

I speak English and Spanish and have tried to learn Mandarin and Korean. My use of language was influenced by my parents and family members as well as growing up in a dominant english country. My dad says my spanish accent has no flair and its plain, and I lack the regional sound many hispanic speakers have. This accent shows through when I speak English no matter how hard I try to sound proficient. People have also told me that my English sounds as if I am not a native speaker.

'Spanglish.' I grew up speaking Spanish because of my family and the area I grew up in which consisted of mainly Hispanics. before I entered kindergarten my siblings attempted to teach me the most English they could. I was able to understand and speak English but I had and still have a lot of trouble pronouncing words. The same goes for Spanish. I don't know if I was ever good at it but its not really good. I'm told I can speak it better than my older brother so yay. Living in Kentucky for the past years has influence my voice a bit, sometimes I pronounce words with a southern accent and say yall a lot even though it hurts my soul.

I know how to speak both Spanish and English I grew up with both of my parents speaking Spanish and eventually learned English through school however, it was really hard to learn English as my parents obviously couldn't help me much I don't really know if I have a heavy accent or not but I have never had anyone mention me having one.

I am "bilingual", both of my parents influenced me to speak Spanish since that's their first language. I learned to speak English once I started preschool, it became my more used language because of school. My mom makes me and my siblings speak Spanish at home so we don't forget the language. My Spanish accent comes from Guerrero Mexico.
