I learned from I survived that we can be enemies with our best friends and we can be allies with our worst enemies in the story shows that we can be friends with people who dislike you as you read you notice how characters like morris and Leo become closer friends he Wilkie and Wilkie becomes closer enemies with fletch and as the story comes to the end Leo gets what he wanted. His gold nugget because in the middle of the story Leo was feeling upset cause he didn’t get his gold but coming to the end he’s finally happy that he has his gold
