         <description><![CDATA[<div>sit is the most easy and important trick. First to start out you will need a treat and when you have your treat, hold the treat in your fingers facing the ceiling. Then say in a firm voice sit and if they do as you ask give the treat to them right away, then praise them by saying good girl or good boy. But if your dog is a puppy then say sit and push their flank gently to the floor and praise them. Continue this process untill your dog understands the concept. 4/26/19 </div>]]></description>
