Banksy, the other artist made a mural speaking out against the censorship of art, especially in other countries. The use of the activist Zehra allowed this mural to become a political outcry for her release. Locking her visage behind pencils meant to look like prison bars shows that art was what got Zehra arrested not politics. (obviously this is a sarcastic remark by Banksy)
