Google Classroom is working very well for me and my students in the gifted/enrichment program. They work on assignments in class during our short time together but cannot work at home (no CPS computer) or during other times during the day at school.

Canvas is good for a regular classroom where students are assigned work in several formats on a given day.

I'm not frustrated with Canvas. I don't have a need to use it, but would adapt to it if necessary. I did use Schoology and found it had some benefits for my grade 7 math students.

I currently use Google Classroom to deliver instruction in my enrichment groups for ELA, but use paper for math enrichment!

I know how to get training if I feel the need for it.

I didn't complete the Google doc in depth because I don't have user experience with Canvas.

Another benefit of Google Classroom: my students can experience all the Google tools---sheets, sites, docs, slides, etc. in one place.
