The people who look up to the "bright person" tend to always be there for them or stay as that type of person for those people who need advice or help in anything. The same goes with a place a person normally goes to take out their anger or to feel like themselves again when they just went through something. The typical "bright person" isn't always like that. They've been or are still going on with something very deep in their lives. That "bright place" you so-called your "home" or your "peace" has had history. History that isn't heard anymore or history that has something very dark attached to it.

This example relates to the theme because it shows how everything in the world has at least something dark that's either still going on or has happened in the past.
