         <description><![CDATA[<div>Dear Pat,<br>It's nice to hear from you, even though you've brought some ill news. I can offer you some advice from my experience when I was a teen.<br><br>For your anxiety problem, you need to find out the source. Is the school work too heavy? Is there anyone who particularly upset you? If there's no particular reason. Then just chill. The anxiety or depressing mood might just came from your process of growing up. It will subside sooner or later.<br><br>The same goes with your anger management issue. Find the source. Most of the time, you may find the things that make you angry are probably minor stuff. Your foul mood probably comes from your hormonal change. Just do plenty of exercises to excite your body and fill your mind with dopamine, they will make you happy.<br><br>For the sleep problem, trust me, don't drink. It will only make it worse. Drink warm milk instead. Do some casual readings. Think pleasant things like the people you like. Listen to relaxing music <br><br></div>]]></description>
