This is important to melburnian culture because Australia's got a very strong relationship with America and most issues in America eventually spread to Australia because of how imbedded we are in western culture. The creator of this art is trying to warn melburnians about the bad leadership in Amarica that may eventually lead us to ruin if we don't do anything, this art also seems to have a comedic connotation.
