         <description><![CDATA[<p>I will practice more golf to get better and better.</p><p>I will try practicing from 4 to 5:30 to start my gym at 5:45</p><p>Monday: Today I only did a 1-hour walk because of my schedule </p><p>Tuesday: Today I went climbing for 2 hours with a friend of mine.  </p><p>Wednesday:  Today I had no chance to do any exercise because of my work. but I walked around 14,000 steps so it's pretty good. </p><p>Thursday: Today I walked for more than 2 hours and ran 30 minutes in the morning. this was a really good walk and helpful for my mental health as well.  </p><p>Friday: Friday I had the chance to walk through the whole day all around the beautiful streets of Paris with cold and snow weather. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I will continue eating healthy food and I will eliminate junk food from my life. </p><p>Monday: Today I had eggs for breakfast then chicken salad for lunch and pasta for dinner so my day was healthy. and I had no candy.  </p><p>Tuesday: Today I had a healthy breakfast that was eggs with ham and for lunch, I had a sandwich with many vegetables and ham and cheese, and for lunch chicken with broccoli. </p><p>Wednesday: Today I had eggs morning chicken lunch and beef sandwiches for dinner so it was healthy.   </p><p>Thursday: Today I had a healthy day, I started with a 2 egged benedict with healthy bread. for lunch, I had lamb chips with a blue cheese sauce. And last, for dinner I had a truffle risotto. </p><p>Friday: Today I had French toast for breakfast than for lunch, I had pizza and pasta. and for dinner, I had Chinese food.   </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>sleep more than 8 hours a day&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>I don't use my phone before bed to get a better sleep&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>I use the bathroom before going to bed to not wake up&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p>Monday: last night I slept 7 hours from 12 to 7. It had a pretty good sleep for 7 hours. </p><p>Tuesday: Last night I slept for 8 hours it was pretty good. </p><p><br/></p><p>Wednesday: last night I slept for 9 1/2 hours it was my best sleep in the whole month. </p><p><br/></p><p>Thursday: Today I had a wonderful sleep i slept for 8 hours.</p><p><br/></p><p>Friday: that day I had a good night's sleep i slept for 8 hours and I remember my dream jajaja so that's a good sign of a good night's sleep.  </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I feel this is a really important thing for a teen's life. </p><p>I want to focus on where I hang out where I go and with whom I surround myself. </p><p>I usually go clubbing once a week in GDL and I feel clubs are a terrible place in all aspects. </p><p>I am looking forward to making more healthy plans like going for dinner or house parties. this semester for sure will be a great semester for me in this aspect. </p><p>The reason for this is that I want to become a smarter and more mature person. </p>]]></description>
