Quick Response assignments: Students can submit their responses on Socrative which you monitor while they are working. You can start naming students out that still have not responded and allow for the extra time as needed. The students that are done get to leave 1-2 minutes early while you work with the other students to guide them. This allows you not only to follow along with the progress of your students, but helps motivate them more.  
Google Classwork:

I am not sure if there is a way to get 100% of students to turn something in completed. But the best way I find to work is...

1. make it engaging...
