After a read through and a general backstory of the script/characters we split off into groups to start work on our own areas.
To start with I wanted to get familiar with how the story runs in terms of costume and when a new day (a new costume) would start. I broke all the scenes down into the four days the narrative ran over. I also wrote a description for the hair and makeup. Before we start filming each day, my main focus will be on the special effects makeup (scars and bruises), so the cast will be doing their own hair and makeup as its mostly natural/casual anyway.
This costume call sheet was done every day the day before they were needed (after I received the call sheet from Abbie informing us which scenes we were doing). The costume call sheets just made it really easy for the cast to know what to bring and what they would be wearing it for. I was really happy with how it turned out. It was difficult as first because I was used to using the wax on my own hand. The wax was also really difficult to stick to her face (I think because it was cold), by the end of filming I got used to rolling the wax into a ball in my hands and then it went on really easy. I also put some white powder of the scar.
