Life Before/After Graduation

I am going to be a senior at the University of Arkansas in the fall. Since being here, life has been great. I am a physical education major, and my time spent playing basketball has made me want to pursue coaching it. I like to spend time with my dog being outside, and I love to play golf with my friends. Since I am graduating soon, I already have some plans lined up for when that time comes. It is looking like I am going to go back to Texas to teach and coach. Wherever I end up, I am so grateful for my time here, and I am so excited for whatever comes next.

Life Before College

I attended high school at Guyer High School in Denton, Texas. Growing up with three older brothers and two parents that both played sports, played a huge factor in my interests and hobbies. I played many sports growing up, but I fell in love with basketball. I put in the picture of me playing because my life before college revolved around basketball, and because my love for the game has shaped what I believe in and what I want to do for the rest of my life.

Early Days and Upbringing

I am from Denton, Texas. My entire upbringing and adolescent years revolved around family. I learned values that still hold true to this day, and that I will take with me for the rest of my life as I get closer and closer to graduating college. One thing I learned from my parents is to always be kind because nobody knows what someone else is going through. I also have three older brothers who taught me so much. We grew up doing everything together, and we are still close today.
