If you choose frameowrk criterion 3, 6, or 8, you'd complete the student growth goals associated with that criterion. If you choose criterion 1, 2, 4, 5, or 7, you are limited to student growth 3 (small group goal) or student growth 6 (whole class goal).

From Mark:

This can vary a bit, but a key question: are you responsible for designing and delivering regular, ongoing instruction for a consistent set of students?

If so, you are likely going to be evaluated using TPEP and your instrucitonal framework.

If not, it is possible that you are not technically under the TPEP umbrella in RCW/WAC. In that case, check with your local union leaders, HR, or uniserv to help you understand how you are evaluated. That may be determined in your CBA.

If you feel this move is punitive (and not related to documented or observed performance concerns) then that is something to engage your local union leaders and Uniserv with.
