How can we provide that? Have we ever considered a Peer Counseling Program? It would be a long term goal to have skilled peer intervention on campus to serve a broader need and reduce campus conflicts and group drama. Older kids would be interviewed, selected, and trained. Then Elizabeth has a small army trained in conflict resolution to deal with kid drama as it comes up. The kids help the kids solve the problems, model skills...
Anyway, just a thought.
