Glow: I love how not only did you mention how you practice innovation, but how you encourage students to practice innovation and creativity as well!

Grow: Your video was great! but and an area I feel like you could grow in is your delivery, I noticed you were a little hesitant and said "Um" a few times but it is very understandable because I had a lot of trouble with this as well.

Grow: I wish you also discussed through your survey how and why collage students feel creativity through their education, as the results were very close. I noticed that you only focused on the lack of creativity in education compared to personal life.

Glow: I like how you mentioned that merely using standard technology such as PowerPoint does not make someone innovative. This is an argument I haven't thought of before because I feel that most of us express our creativity through solely through these resources.

Grow: I wished you used more appealing visuals in your sway, one of the emoji's in the presentation scared me a little.
