      <description>Since watching the movie Inside Out, we have been working together to understand the importance of our feelings and emotions. Today with the help of our laptops and our new feeling friends, we are going to identify why we sometimes feel the way that we do. We will also work together as a team to come up with ways that we can cope with those feelings. This will help us to always remain calm and in control of any situation we may face.
