2. I think noli me tangere was banned in the past because of the chatolic church was against or the priest was against it but now schools now are required to study the history that dr.Jose rizal wrote 

3. noli me tangere was published 29 March 1887 and when dr.jose rizal published it many Filipino awaken their mind about the spanish doing to us and it is one of the reason why Philippines  initiated the revolution against the spanish
