1) Appearance: The capsicums on the skewer looked a little burnt and black around the corners. The grilled chicken cubes looked a little dry and had a hint of orange brown color from the curry powder marinate.

2) Aroma: The chicken kebab had a charred meaty aroma attributed by the grilling process with a strong curry aroma. It had a light scent of cooked capsicum aroma on top of the grilled curry flavored chicken.

3) Taste: The grilled chicken kebab was savory and had a strong and warm garlic/gingery taste. It also had hint of spiciness contributed by the curry powder. The capsicum was juicy and sweet

4) Texture: The chicken was dry on the outside but juicy on the inside. It was tough/soft to chew. While the nacho cheese sauce was bright yellow in colour and look appetizing. 

2) Aroma: The pizza gyoza had a strong smell of pepper and garlic during the stir-frying process. For the nacho cheese sauce had a strong smell of butter. 

3) Taste: There was a strong taste of pepper and tomato, together with some spiciness. As for the nacho cheese sauce, the overall taste was a bit bland because of the milk. 

4) Texture: Both outside and inside of the pizza gyoza was dry and it was hard to swallow. The nacho cheese sauce has a smooth texture which helps to soften the pizza gyoza and makes it easier to chew and swallow.

Appearance: The pizza gyoza pieces were in good shape. It was in golden brown in colour. Did not look burnt. The cheese was yellow in colour. It was not burnt as well. 

2). Aroma: It smelt like egg. There was a strong smell of garlic and onions. The cheese smelt milky.

3). Taste: It tasted good. The flavours of the onion and garlic was strong. The cheese sauce gave it a cheesy flavour. It was not spicy. The vegetables made it taste sweet.

4). The texture of the gyoza was crispy. But since i left it in the box when it was hot it became very soft and moistured. The cheese was creamy. The appearance of the pizza gyoza was quite dry due to the amount of time the qyoza was in the oven, the gyoza also looks quite solid from the top where the two folds seal in together to close the gyoza but some of them split apart.

2)Aroma:
The smell of the gyoza was masked by the smell of capsicum as there may be too much of a portion of capsicum in the gyoza which was why it smelt a lot like vegetables.

3)Taste:
The gyoza tastes a lot like capsicum because there may be too much capsicum that was put in the making of the gyoza meat because it masks the flavour of the meat and the tomato but overall it tastes okay.

4)Texture

Everything including the chicken were cooked evenly inside out . The gyoza skin were a little bit undercooked as there were still small white spots however , they were a little bit dry . They looked a bit golden brown .

2) Aroma :  The gyoza had a meaty aroma alongside with the smell of juicy , fresh , cooked capsicums . 

3) Taste : The chicken was juicy and savory . There was a slight hint of spiciness when we munched on the small cubes of garlic . With the cheese sauce , it enhanced the taste of the gyoza making it even more savory as it was less sweet than nacho cheese . Overall , the different ingredients complimented each other well .

4) Texture : The gyoza skin was crispy and it went surprisingly well with the crunch from the capsicums and onions . The smooth texture from the cheese brought down the harshness from the crispiness and crunchiness from the gyoza .

The stuffing inside was dry and i could see the capsicums, onions and tomato was smashed evenly. The stuffing inside looks reddish orange. The nacho cheese sauce was creamy and white in colour. 
2) Aroma: The chicken in the stuffing gave me a meaty aroma. I could smell garlic flavour in the stuffing. The stuffing gave me a scent of cooked onion, capsicums and tomato. The nacho cheese smelt milky and cheesy.
3) Taste: The gyosa was delicious. The stuffing gave a warm garlic and onion taste. The nacho cheese sauce gave a milk and cheese taste. The chicken gave a warm and cooked taste.
4) Texture: The chicken was dry but juicy and crunchy outside. The chicken was having a soft texture .The capsicum,onion was crunchy. The tomato was soft to bite. Inside, the fillings, onion, chicken, capsicums are all diced evenly. But there are no folding of the skin as i don't know how to do it, so it is flat. As for the cheese sauce, it has a pale yellow/orange color to it and it looks smooth.

2) Aroma: The Pizza Gyoza has a meaty aroma with the use of chicken and have a rich aroma from the onions used. The cheese sauce has a very strong cheese smell.

3) Taste: The minced chicken was savory and had a garlic taste to it. The cheese sauce tastes milky and cheesy.

4) Texture: The fillings inside the gyoza was just nice, not too dry, not too wet. The skin was dry and crispy. The cheese sauce is smooth and creamy.

Texture:It is very crispy and rather quite smooth in fact.Might over burn the skin abit but it's still golden brown.As it cool down it became rather soft and that it is much more wet.


Appearance: The gyoza skin is golden brown as it was taken out from the oven.seing the food itself made you want to eat it as it is very tempting.The ingredients inside seem to be cooked well to as you made a bite.The nacho cheese made it really look delicious as in fact it blends well with the ingredients inside

Aroma.You could smell the meaty scene and that it is actually very nice.the Nacho cheese smell good to as you could smell somewhat a creamy sauce smell and that it's smell good too

Aroma: Reeks of a little bit of saltiness and i am able to make out some scent from the vegetables and also smelled sour because of the tomato.
Taste: Tastes better than i expected as i thought it would be too salty or bitter.Able to taste the meat ,peppers and tomatoes distinctly.

 Appearance:the gyoza was burnt as it might have been in the oven for a long time,but the meat was cooked perfectly.the cheese sauce had a dull,colour and it is not that attractive.
 
 AROMA:the gyoza smelled nice as the meat in the gyoza gives a strong aroma.the cheese sauce also smelled nice and it had a nice cheese vibe
 
 Taste:the gyoza didn't taste delicious as it was burnt,but the meat was delicious,as the chicken made it more nicer.the cheese helped the gyoza taste more nice
