The Samsung service receives a phone call about service repair about tv from blind women and she asks can we fix our problem before 7 o'clock. Then the service person "Amith" promise her to they will be there before 7. Service van starts the journey to the house to repair tv. They have to pass from the narrow bridge and the avenue. the tree fell across the road is block they can`t pass through it. Amith looks at the watch and he turns service van have to narrow through the optional difficult road to be on time. then they meet sheep across the road. Amith gets a call from the blind women asking are you coming on time aren't you? he promises again yes we are. Because of the delay, they travel past to be on time. finally, they arrive at their destination and the lady welcomes them to the house. They start to fix the Tv and ask permission to leave the blind lady. She asks to stay a bit of time. She rings a bell. the bling children come to the tv room. It`s orange. Children switch on the tv and the program starts. in the show, it's their friend who`s performing. Amith smile and this incident makes him happy.

It is proposed that the advert will be 4 minutes long, filmed at different locations in the country side of Australia and Adelaide City.
The advert will seek to regain the trust of clients on Floop Services Company with respect to the services that they offer. Filming will cost a range of $500-$1000. The advert will target corporates, government institutions and individuals in need of gardening, plumbing, electrical, handyman and cleaning services.

Positive images of floop employees offering great services and clients showing satisfaction with the cleaning, plumbing, gardening, electrical, gardening and handyman works.

Advert Structure

Scene 1

The advert will be a side by side kind of advert that shows the negative attributes of Company x which has negative attributes of the services offered. The scene will feature an untidily dressed man spraying the wrong chemical to a wrong place that is also filled with garbage, a woman washing clothes, a caterer serving food in bad presentation, an electrician being electrocuted at work, and a plumber defeated to rectify broken pipes all over.

Scene 2

The scene starts with a man dressed in blue pants and a yellow shirt with an floop logo saying “if you use a help from us, this doesn’t happen”.
The advert continues with the clips showing the positive attributes of floop Services Company. The scene features well-dressed personnel donning garbage collectors collecting garbage in Floop-Clean logo branded garbage bags, besides a garbage truck, a woman cleaning clothes using a laundry machine in a well-organized laundry cleaning shop, a plumber donning Floop branded protective gear and he successfully repairs broken pipes, lastly superbly done garden and with clients smiling in satisfaction for the services
The end of the advert shows text of the services of Floop-Clean Services. It will state.
“Floop-Clean, the number one provider of gardening, cleaning, electrical installations, garbage collection and plumbing services. Think Floop-Clean, think great service.

Scene 1:

- Lights are going off in the house in a provincial region (It's a power outage).

- Then a personal assistance calls to old client and inquire.

Scene 2:

- Phone ringing.

Scene 3:

Personal assistance: Thank you for taking my call. Hi! I’m from Floop. You are our oldest client and we heard that your electricity was down in your home.

Client: Yes ma'am, what can you do about that? I'm living far away from the city.

Scene 4:

- An electrician sitting on a table while drinking some espresso. At that point, he got a ring.

Electrician: Hello? Yeah, this is JD. Yes, madame, tell me. Okay. I have noted down everything. Okay, I'll be there within the next five hours. See you. Bye.

- He opens up his telephone and put a long distance travel GPS.

Scene 5:

- He gets into the vehicle and starts heading to client house.

Scene 6:

- Electrician drives from city to hill region.

Scene7:

- He lands at that house and fixes the issue. He smile at the camera.
