         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Lived from 1588 - 1679 in England<br>- Hobbes argued that man in his natural state is selfish and savage and therefore a single absolute ruler is the best form of government.<br>- Thomas Hobbes was born at Westport, now part of Malmesbury in Wiltshire, England, on 5 April 1588. Born prematurely when his mother heard of the coming invasion of the Spanish Armada.<br>At university, Hobbes appears to have followed his own curriculum; he was "little attracted by the scholastic learning".          <description><![CDATA[<div>Mary Wollstonecraft, was born in&nbsp; 27 April 1759 in London, England. (10 September 1797). Was an English writer, philosopher, and advocate of women's rights. During her brief career, she wrote novels, treatises, a travel narrative, a history of the French Revolution, a conduct book, and a children's book. <br><br>Wollstonecraft is best known for <em>A Vindication of the Rights of Woman</em> (1792), in which she argues that women are not naturally inferior to men, but appear to be only because they lack education. <br><br><strong>Wollstonecraft</strong> met more radicals who visited William Godwin and Thomas Paine, the Englishman who helped inspire the American Revolution by writing Common Sense.<br><br>Biography.com Editors.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Denis Diderot was a famous philosopher, novelist and playwright, but his most prominent of work is for Encyclopédie, for which he worked as the editor. It contains summarized information on every subject.<br><br>During the enlightenment ment Diderot rose up against the doctrine that stated the right of a prince to hold power over others because it was God’s will. He questioned the authority allegedly given to them by God. He stated his opinion in his article ‘Political Authority’: “No man has received from nature the right of commanding others. Liberty is a present from Heaven (Diderot 77).” But Diderot attacks to the totalitarian semi-feudal system ruled by the clergy did not end there.</div><div><br>Diderot was born to Didier and Angelique Diderot on October 15th, 1713 in Langres, Campagne, France. Considering his brilliance in early education, he was thought to serve the church. He was sent to Jesuit college of Louis-Le-Grand in 1726, after which he joined Jansenist Collège d’Harcourt and completed his Master’s degree in Philosophy in 1732.<br><br>Denis Diderot | Biography, Books and Facts.          <description><![CDATA[<div> According to Víctor Muñoz Fernández (2012), John Locke born on August 29, 1632 in Wrington, Somerset, England. In 1675, Locke settled in France, after Shaftesbury loses the favor of the crown. From 1683 to 1688 he resided in Holland, and after the called of the Glorious Revolution of 1688 and the restoration of Protestantism, he returned to England. He study in the university of Oxford, where he became a professor of greek, rhetoric and moral philosophy from 1661 to 1664. He was called the father of the Liberalism.
