What does the setting look like, feel like, sound like, etc...?
The setting looks like a old train station and when the train arrives you hear the train lurching forward. When they get on the train the lights flicker and the train drove off into the misty woods 

What are some similarities and differences to today's time or America 
One similarities is that we both go on trains to get to the place we needed too.

The main character in my book is Kat. Kat is very smart, curious, and courageous.
2). Kat's brother, sister, and the Lady, are some secondary characters in the story. Her sister is important because the Lady is trying to convince her sister something and possibly trying to turn her against Kat. Her brother is important because in the story he told Kat that she wasn't the only one thinking that the house was haunted.
3). The problem/conflict in my book is that the house is maybe haunted and someone is haunting Kat and her brother however they don't know why and they are trying to solve the mysteries of the castle. 
4). Kat is trying to solve the problem by searching the castle and eavesdropping on all of the conversations of the people that rule there. 
5).So far I like how there are always plot twists and new thing happening in the book becaus ewithout plot twists and new events a book is boring. 
6). Main Character: Kesla Phillips. Kesla is a 15 year old girl and her father had just died of cancer so she shut everyone out and went her own way. She now lives with her mother and brother and she isn't handling her fathers death well. She is also very adventuras and loves to go on walks and get out of the house however she doesn't like to socialize.
Secondary Character(s):
1.  Raven. Raven is a very odd boy that is a couple of years older then Kesla. Raven met Kesla when Kesla was at  her fathers grave in the night. Raven claimed that he "finally" found Kesla and claimed that he needed her help. However he was shut out and he keeps following her around. She told him to leave her alone forever and he has been leaving her alone but I think he will definatly be back.
2. Keslas mom. Keslas mom is a hard worker and is now a single, and she also has to take care of kids. Kesla and her had gotten into an argument when there dad had passed away because her mother said it was time and that she couln't take care of Jory (Kesla's little brother) and a sick man.
POV: Third person
Setting: This book doesn't go over where the setting is however I know tthat Keslas father was burried at a place called "graveside". I belevie they live in a small town or a small comunity with lots of schools and buildings near by.
Interesting Noticing: Raven is obsessed with Kesla and Kesla wants nothing to do with him. I also noticed that no one is checking in to see how kesla is doing, I find that a little weird. I also don't know why Kesla didn't ask why Raven dug up her fathers grave she just asked if he did it. I don't think I would have done that becasue if that was my father I would freak out.

Main Character: Laurel, is now a highschooler at a very new school. She doesn't know many people but had to transfer schools because her older sister May passed away. Now it is all up to Laurel to find her own way. She met a couple of new friends like Hannah and Natalie, but what about the mysterious boy named Sky? Romance or friendzone?
Secondary Character(s):
1. Nataile, is the first person that came up to Laurel and introduced herself. They instantly became friends and started doing dumb things together, just like all friendships do. Natalie then introduced Laurel to Hannah which is Natalies best "friend". Laurel dicovered that Natalie and Hannah aren't only friends. Laurel found them kissing on the trampoline! Now, Laurel has to keep there secret, which makes her closer with the two of them.
2.  Sky, is the boy Laurel became fond of when she first layed eyes on him. Natalie and Hannah told her he was quite and mysterious! When Lauerl bummped into Sky in the hall way it was there first meet. He said hey to her and introduced himself, however he normally doesn't do that. Now laurel and Sky have became a little closer, he even asked her to go for a car ride with him. I wonder how that is going to go!
POV: First Person
Setting: The setting takes place in the halls of West Mesa Highschool, around that negiborhood (not specically listed in the book), and at Laurels dad and aunts house. Laurel goes to school at West Mesa Highschool and she interacts with Sky there the most. Because of Laurels parents devorce, she lives at both her dad's house and her Aunt's house. Laurel is always running around the neighborhood with her two bestfriends and having fun.
Interesting Noticing: Now reading a little more then i did before, I realised that Sky is also fond of Laurel. During there drive, he put his hand on Luarel's thigh, now thats weird. Maybe Sky and Laurel will start dating and she will get to know more about Sky's secrets and what he is hiding underneeth his quiet skin.

Laurel is a very beautiful girl however doesn't consider her looks to be as important as her life style and her friends. Laurel's sister has recently passed away which has made Laurel become a very emotional and sesitive person :(. In the story, whenever May is mentioned (Laurel's sister is May) Laurel loses her train of thought or spaces out wherever she is, which shows that Laurel also has a hard time focusing on alot of things at one time. To add, Laurel is a very caring and kind person and she has fallen in love with a boy named Sky. Sky has tried to help her with her sister, however they broke up because Laurel was starting to act like her sister, because of how much she missed her. In all, Laurel is a very caring and beautiful person, and even though her up's and down's can really get to her, she finds a way to fix it all.
#3- I think the most emotional part or parts about the book was when Laurel talked about her sister and started crying afterwards. This affected me because I started to think about how I would feel if I lost my brother and I would be devistated just like Laurel. Also I was very mad when Sky broke up with Laurel. What a jerk! He should not have done that, it was so rude and unessisary. I was so mad at Sky I started telling my mom about my feelings and she had no idea who I was talking about and what I was talking about! However in the end, I was happy when Sky and Laurel got back together.
#7- I absolutly LOVE the theme of the story! This was actually one of my favorite books yet! I love how she wrote letters to famous people! I felt that it really kept the story going and I loved how not only did the main charater lost her sister, but she created more conflicts along the way.
Even though the author kept the story going throughout the whole story, I think at the end instead of telling May what already happend, I think she should tell May the future like what happend with mom and dad, what happend with her and Sky. Did they get married? stuff Like that!
#10- If I could sit down and have a conversation I would talk about how the author came up with ideas to write letters to real famous dead people! I love that and I think I will read any book with letters in it now! I would also act the author if this is a true event. The author really made it feel like the charater was a real person and the problems she faced are real life events! I would tell the authour that this was one of my favorite books because I loved all the charaters personalities and I loved the roles of Laurel Sky and everyone! The final question I would ask her is how long did it take her to think about all of the information in the book? I would ask her this because there was so much going on in the book and I loved it, but why did Sky break up with Laurel? What was the point because they got back together anyways?
#11- YES! Never in a million years would I not recommend this book to other people! I loved all of the action and the romance in the book and I am one hundred percent sure that everyone who reads this book will love it! The charater developement throughout the story is amazing because the author really makes you feel like you are the main charater in the story and she makes you feel like you are going on all the adventure the main charater (Laurel) did. The author also does an amazing job of adding every last detail into her story, which made me sad to finish the book :( I wish she exstended it more so I can read more! That shows how much I loved the book! Summary: A girl named Nadia has expreirenced people forggeting her and everything around her every 12 years. Nadia however has not forgotten and needs to find out who else is like her. Nadias family also doesn't remeber her. Nadia is very brave and jumps over roof tops so she isn't seen by the people that aren't like her, including the coucil, mayor, gov't, etc and she has never been caught. She keeps jumping to figure out what would happen to her if she did get caught. She meets some people that know that she doesn't forget after the 12 years are over, however they aren't like her, they only help her. There is this one boy Grey, who wants to be taken over the wall because he caught her going over the wall, and now he wants her to take him there. She will keeping going on her mission to find out what this is all about and what had happened.
