I was proud of my accomplishment. I was working as a resident at Trent Valley Nursing home in Trenton. I later became a PSW and the experience was incredible. I learned how to communicate with residents and understand them on a personal level. As well as being able to collaborate with staff members in stressful and emotional situations (resident fall or death of a resident).
