This play was developed to focus on real life situations and problems that people are potentially facing at the moment such as things like drug use and gang violence. As a director I believe I should’ve focused a lot on timing as lines were said out of place this could’ve been fixed with more practise or even just a more simple direction.

In scene one me and Francesca walk out together and you can tell our differences in characteristics well, she is portrayed more silly and jokey whereas I was portrayed more serious and stern this is really shown when we answer the door too ruby’s character and Fran tells her name and I shout and tell her not too give her name out and call her a ‘twit’ I think this shows it well because it shows that Francesca’s character was more silly and I’m more telling her what to do and bossing her around.

In scene four the facial expressions are strong this is good because it shows the emotions of the character, this was good for prims character as she was angry, and this shows when ruby’s character says that they won’t be able to pay the money back that is owed for the drugs. Ruby’s character was clearly nervous and quite scared these emotions were showed well by the physical characterisation specifically when she paces back and fourth when talking.
