         <description><![CDATA[<div>I had an aha when you talked about how we often tell them to stop what they are doing but we do not tell them what they are supposed to do. It would be interesting if instead of redirecting them we say something like " remember we are working..." so they know what they are expected to be doing.</div>]]></description>

I think it took such courage to take on such a big topic!  I think it was also powerful for you to stop and really reflect on what needed to be tweeked moving forward.  At home, they can see stories are all around them!  Then you know they are starting to see themselves as writers!</div>]]></description>

I could benefit more from trusting in the mess myself. Ending with a funny book would definitely make me compliant as well.
