The ending could have been better if the boy gave something to the tree in exchange for what the boy took, like planting trees next to the tree, or the story could have been a little longer. Another idea is that the boy could make the tree look like a popular and fun place where more children would come and the tree would almost always have company. This would allow for the tree not be alone even after the boy was not there.

The ten seeds grew into one enormous tree, the tree was able to once again like their mother, give to those in need.
