1)I’ve learned a lot of NS knowledge from the events and witness the ministry power of Singapore.
2) I think that communication is a important part of being a leader.

1. live firing and the knowledge about the equipment used for the amoured battalion

2. Action speak louder than word,as leader we have to show good examples to our friend/co-worker/team so that team understand what needs to be done. This mean the quality of the leader is reflected in the standard they set for themselves.
3. The facil should move away from the main area where the camper gather when the need to have a small planning session due to a sudden change of plan . From my past eperience as a facil in my UG camp it is unprofessional like for the facil to plan infront of the campers as it display to the campers that the facil are unprepared. This does not mean that all facil should leave, let some of the facil interact with the campers does creating a pleasant environment for the camper

SAF has been great today. Love the bumpy ride as all of us laugh together and got scared together thru out the journey. Learnt alot of different army tanks to defeat the enermy and to learn that prolong communication between each other will always make things better. to know that securing information is important just so ppl wont counterfeit the originality.

Leadership takes alot of responsibility so are all of us.

Improve the food, thats all!!!! and hope to have more activities in the future hehe

Amazing race was draggy as we all couldnt perform to make them laugh @ the roof top. Its gonna be fun if theres prizes to win for, for the first team who succeed in every mission. Its gonna be fun if theres more activities in this camp.

Love the blaze night party. but it wasnt even satisfying as there was technical issues.
Love our facilitators!(Zul & C.Y) they support us alot though out.
Love my team for the teamwork!

everything else seems fine. just, NO! for the food.

Day 1
1)I like the amazing race although it is very tiring but overall was fun and this activity trained our teamwork and confidence.
2)I’ve never regret that I joined this blaze camp and maybe next time I’ll sign up too.
