He brings fun to his training, his delivery method of the content is consistent throughout the training (overview, walkthru, then try). He's incredibly knowledgable of the system and I trust that he understand how to help us best use and navigate the system for our business needs. James is a definite asset to the D2L training team and by far a favorite around MVU. Anthony Gouveia was an OUTSTANDING trainer. He faced some pretty harsh criticism from entrenched cynics but always came back with a smile. In fact, I was embarrassed at how some of our faculty responded to his training. Regardless, he was patient, supportive, and listened well. Because of the opposition he encountered I think the training advanced at a slower than optimal rate, but that was in no way his fault. PLEASE keep him training.
