I really enjoyed this class, and I feel like learned a lot about various types of ways to use technology to help make my classroom more effect, both for myself, and my students. I was able to utilize a bunch of different types of website applications, which will also help me with the college classes I'm taking in the future.

Yes, I was very happy with all the cool projects I did this semester. Technology is always changing, so, I know it is something I will have to stay current with. I can't get to familiar with just one type of technology and expect to "wow" the students and keep them engaged. I need to get better with finding ways to make my work public to everyone. I think that, and doubting myself,
are my main downfalls.

WHAT ARE THE IMPLICATIONS OF USING TECHNOLOGY IN THE CLASSROOM??

There are many benefits to using technology in the classroom. I think kids really seem to understand it more than we do these days. They get bored with "old fashioned" methods. They are looking for something to keep them entertained while they learn. The bad thing is, we adults really need to understand how to use the tech tools, or we come off looking "stupid," and lose respect with the kids. Also, especially with younger kids, there needs to be more hands on help to get them going. The sky's the limit with what the kids can learn from technology these days, but teacher's need to stay current or it will be ineffective.
