Since taking on a leadership role with the company, Lance Lucarelli has completed numerous housing projects in Jersey City and Bayonne, in addition to commercial retail projects in NJ, such as Bennigan's Restaurant and Steak and Ale Restaurant in Oakhurst. All told, he has overseen the development of real estate totaling in excess of $74 million.
