         <title>I think we were missing out on some of the discussion because a majority of the group may likely be &quot;English-speaking as primary language&quot; when we were discussing gendered language earlier. If English as a second language, and Spanish as primary~unique questions begin to be raised. I would like for us to recognize that we may be missing nuances of questions because of this social positionality </title>

         <title>I think being a women in the sciences helps me to understand the impact bias (whether subtle or hostile) has on my own success. I think my male colleagues get the benefit of the doubt and the assumption that they are intelligent/capable, etc. while i have to prove it. It&#39;s exhausting. I don&#39;t want to create that same additional labor for my BIPOC colleagues.</title>
