         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think this is the hard part.  As a teacher I have to be flexible in my expectation for when students should have the a concept mastered.  Each learner learns at a different pace and we can have an idea of where most students should be but know there will always be some moving faster or slower based on the concept.  </div>]]></description>

         <title>The pace they set from themselves as they no the end goal of learning.  I am sure this will be difficult for some students at first, but teachers have to give them a clear end goal. </title>

By consistently engaging in this learning while in the actual classroom the stamina and persistence is established so that when students have to take it to "home or distance learning" the transition isn't as overwhelming or "new".</div>]]></description>

         <title>This is something we need to teachers to think about at a grade appropriate level for inquiry. Inquiry is not done in isolation in a way that builds our students for their needs. We need teachers to think about the pillars of inquiry and intentionally scaffold lessons and time during the week for students to participate in these pillars. This is new for our teachers in the classroom so translating to the NTI classroom is going to be even more of a lift.</title>
