How is this in line with the needs of this country?</em></strong><br><br>The Bachelor of Dietetics program aims to produce competent, dynamic and progressive graduates with quality of holistic excellence with a balance of ‘ilm, akhlaq and imaan to realize IIUM’s aspiration of becoming the leading international center of education.<br><br>Edited Program Aims:<br><br>This program aims to produce competent, dynamic and progressive dietetics professionals with quality of holistic excellence with a balance of ‘ilm, akhlaq and imaan to contribute to the improvement of nutritional health of local and global community.<br><br>2nd Edited Program Aims:<br><br>This program aims to produce competent, dynamic and progressive Dietetics professionals who incorporate the highest Islamic values in their conduct and practice towards the improvement of Malaysian and global nutritional health.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Upon successful completion of the program, our graduates should be able to:<br>1.	Describe, interpret, and apply knowledge of food, nutrition, clinical and social sciences, and food services.<br><br>2.	Perform and evaluate the nutritional care process at individual, group, community and population levels by utilizing relevant techniques.<br><br>3.	Demonstrate responsibilities towards the community, and manage clients in caring, emphatic, and culturally-sensitive manner.<br><br>4.	Adhere to the legal, ethical principles, and the professional code of conduct in coordinating daily activities of dietetic practice.<br><br>5.	Communicate effectively with clients, their caregivers, peers, healthcare professionals &amp; stakeholders; and demonstrate leadership, interpersonal &amp; team skills.<br><br>6.	Identify problems and solutions based on critical &amp; lateral thinking, and also apply evidence-based practice; perform research activities related to nutritional sciences and present information &amp; findings coherently.<br><br>7.	Utilize ICT and information management systems to enhance dietetic practice and apply skills of life-long learning in career development.<br><br>8.	Apply knowledge and skills related to food management; and possess business and entrepreneurial skills.<br><br>9.
