Always living with the confidence in achieving my purpose of teaching, meaning that I can communicate and create a bond with my students, the outcome being that they will learn! Making my goal clear: to create a positive impact on my students and others.

My personal philosophy in teaching is to challenge students, I am understanding, caring, patient, with all these I can be able to boost the students minds in learning. By giving them words of accomplishment in giving the right answer or even giving the right steps but the wrong answer It'll help them learn that it's okay to make mistakes, but every problem has a solution. I love giving encouraging words whether they are to help, or for just even trying. I push my kid to go for greatness, and boost my father in staying healthy. I am an encouraging person.

My personal philosophy of teaching it to find a way to teach the material and presents it. Iif students don't understand my way of teaching, then I find other ways to teach the material; I will teach the students as to how they learn. We will not move on to another step or subject until every student is in the same page and understand everything as I go.

If someone were to observe me teach, it would be very apparent that my entire philosophy of teaching revolves around sparking learning enthusiasm for learning! The root of it all is actually wanting to learn, so why not start off kids with that attitude towards learning? Of course when you want to encourage your students to have a positive attitude towards learning, you must approach your every-day lessons with plenty of love, care, and most importantly patience.

I would use my ability to connect with the students on a level that would allow them to open up. They would see how I interpret a positive atmosphere in the classroom to better my teaching strategies. I want my students to feel comfortable enough to come to me for any reason. To be myself and express that I care about my students will show others the connection I have with them.

My way of philosophy teaching would be to always motivate the students to do their best in everything they set their minds to. I would like for my students to trust me, if they have a personal or subject problem, I can always help them. Teaching is not about actually teaching, its more than that. Its building their self esteem and to express themselves. If someone were to see me teaching, it would seem that more likely I'd be one of those teachers that loves to do what they do, and those caring, loving teachers. It's more than teaching, it is also about learning and making it interesting for them.

They would be able to see and feel how much I care about each individual in the classroom and how I would try to do my best to have a safe environment for the children.

If someone would to observe me in the classroom, the would identify my philosophy of teaching as a teacher who leaves no student behind. I want to be the kind of teacher that every single kid feels comfortable reaching out to. I will make sure every single student is keeping up with my class and I want to create confidence in themselves. I don't want to ever have a student lost with no idea of what is it that we are doing in the classroom. I want to be there for every single question, never making them feel ashamed or in secured for not understanding something. I believe confidence, motivation and dedication is a big deal when it comes to learning, and I want to be there for them as someone they can count and rely on, no one will ever feel unsupervised and I will do my best to keep the classroom as a team always thriving for more knowledge and happy to having me as a teacher and a tutor who understands that not every single kid possesses the same characteristics but that we all can achieve the same goal when their teacher leads their way with her her heart and everything she has.

An observer, would describe my philosophy of teaching as that of a caring, challenging, treating equal, and respectful. I love working with children, and my students would definitely know that I care for them and their education because I would push them to continue their education, and their learning. I will treat all my students equally no matter their race, or their family's income . I believe all students deserve a quality education, not for their success in school be based on how much money their parents can put into their education. I believe that if we expect respect from a student we should respect them first. We are adults and we should be their role model. It does not matter if they are four, five, ten, or sixteen years old. As human beings we all deserve to be respected.
