Uses the terza rima first used by Dante --> difficult in english.

Did not have many readers at the time but because of his many political and social thoughts and reflections he is still highly interresting toda, as he also inspired Martin Luther King jr. + Gandhi etc.

He was not respected at the time because he was an atheist and political provocateur. He moved to Italy.
