The main idea of this song is that a man builds a house to live in with a girl.  It relates to Gatsby because  he built a house right across from Daisy's house and all he wants is to live there with her.  This song is mentioned right after Klipspringer plays it.  Gatsby is with Daisy and this song is being played in the background showing that there is a romantic feeling in the air. The song that came to mind when I head this song was "From the ground up" by Dan+Shay. This is shown when he sings "Not much money, oh but honey, ain't we got fun. This is significant in the novel, because even though there is a lot happening to the characters, specifically Gatsby at this moment, there is still-and there will always be-reason to have fun. The song that this reminds me of is "Tomorrow" from Annie. These are most likely a few of the dances that the guests at Gatsby's parties would be doing.  The music accompanying these dances was obviously jazz music.
