iii. Engaging in multilateral negotiations to establish frameworks that guarantee the sovereignty and security of smaller Member States like Hungary.

d) Requests the Security Council to establish enforcement mechanisms to ensure compliance with the above principles, including:

i. Economic sanctions or diplomatic measures against Member States found violating the sovereignty of others;

ii. The deployment of neutral UN peacekeeping forces where necessary to safeguard the independence and territorial integrity of smaller nations;

iii. Periodic reviews by the Security Council to assess progress in de-escalating tensions and ensuring sovereignty.”
