- The members of the group decided so sing all their songs in English and this was very important part of their success 'cause their songs attracted more attention.
- After the success of ABBA the background changes and Rock takes its place, giving path to the recognition of other bands of the genre as Roxette who also sang in English.
- The Swedes speak Engish very well and this was a very important factor for the Swedish bands and producers to achieve such international success.

For example, the producer Ludwig Göransson produced the song "This is America" - Childish Gambino and the music for the movie "Black Panther", for those two projects, Göransson won 2 Oscar's and 3 grammy's in the same year.
- The word "Schlanger" means hitsong in German, popular song. This was a very important concept for ABBA and explains part of their success. Because all of the ABBA song has at least a part of this concept.
- However, ABBA had and surprise element, they didn't stick to ballads but to glam rock, which was something never seen before in Eurovision.
- For that reason, the extreme left (Anti-Eurovision Protest in 1975) thought it was just commercial music that didn't talk about politics or problems of ordinary people and so they wanted to eliminate it and give way to real or complex music. They thought that ABBA didn't align with its image as a humble and socialist nation, something that I think is related with patriotism.

When this guy returning to Mineapolis took the disc of Roxette with a DJ making this happen with other DJ's and managed to have such an impact in the United States of America. 
- First, the songs were perfected because they concentred their attention in the melodies, and then the lyrics were included. Productor Denniz Pop took the songs and minimized them. He took care of the Ace of Base. Every night he tested the sound in the clubs and so I was perfecting the song, if people does not dance in a part of the song, he change it. Songs for the radio and the clubs 'cause de Eurodance where everything was allow.
- Swedes are successful 'cause they don't show off their skills or talented, their creations speak for them and that's enough. Even thought, they had the word "Jantelagen" which means "The law of Dante" or Do not boast.
