Öğrenciler ikinci bir planı daha iyi anlamaya başladılar. Farklı fikirlere yöneldiler. Teknolojinin işin içine girmesi onları daha istekli yaptı. Bu stem planı ile trafiğe çare bulacaklarına inandılar. Artık her soruna bir çözüm üretme yolundalar.
