This is a homeless man and his dog, by use of his sleeping facial expressions, we can infer hes sleeping. The dog is wide awake and laying with its head on its paws giving us this sad and sombre mood to add emotion to this photograph.

The editting has created somke shattering glass, food bowls flying, flying throught the air. 
showing a sense of danger as the wood that has been blown off is heading towards her.

Another Example of editting is Michael Cook who edits his photos quite a lot using photoshop,  In the Image that is posted, It shows a woman in a nicely dressed  who is seen all around the frame, while a white woman who is naked is a focual point who is naked and is covering her face, the woman in the dress has been editied all arounf the room.

Going back to the first image, by San Rigo The editing tells a story, without the editting there would be a different story being told, editting adds cause and effect to the image/photo

Another example is of Gregory Crewdson
who creates Images that will have a sense of unease or and erire feel to it, like for example in the image of the girl laying down in the living room laying there while the living room is flodded, also while the living room is in a mess late at night, the editing tells the story of a woman who was in the living room when her house flooded  she lays there life less, while her dull eyes stare out of the frame, if the watere wasnt edited in it would be a different story/narrative.
