MODULO 3 T-kit 2: Methodology in Language Learning I read some parts of “Methodology in Language Learning T-KIT” First of all, I liked the title “T-KIT” that, as it is explained, the sound of the word may easily recall “Ticket”, that is one of the travelling documents we usually use when we are going on a journey . Infact, on the cover, the little figure called “Spiffy” holds a train ticket to go on a journey to discover new ideas. It contains theoretical and practical tools to work when training our young learners. There are chapters about “The communicative approach”, Total physical response “, The Silent Way period. We can find the differences between the Facilitor's role and the Learner's role and some contrasting features of spoken and written language There are concrete examples of TASKS: PRETASK, TASK PREPARATION, TASK REALISATION, POST-TASK AND the part about “task from NO MATERIALS”. For every step it is possible to read about “What to do” and “How to do”. I found very interesting the part about the different Leraning Styles and very fun the table “DOs and DON'Ts” for both Facilitators and Learners. I couldn't read it, but as soon as possible, I read it from beginning to end.
