         <description><![CDATA[<div>Its basically just gunpowder or flash powder wrapped in paper with a fuse. Potassium nitrate releases oxygen when heated that combines with the carbon in the charcoal, it also creates nitrogen gas, the expansion of the gas nitrogen and the carbon dioxide puts pressure on the container, and boom, sparklers. Those are the binders that hold the paste together. Then the final ingredient in our explosive soup is some sort of iron or steel magnesium dust and those metal flakes get heated to the point of turning incandescent. That is where the sparkler colors come from.   </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Drought is the number one worst enemy of fireworks displays. Most big firework shows are done over water to reduce the risk of starting fires from remaining burning embers in wooden areas.<br><br>Fireworks can be let off in the rain , but they must be sealed in containers that limit the amount of water that touches them. Wet fuses will not light. Also, If the air is too humid, the colors of fireworks will be less bright and the fireworks may not light properly. <br><br>Lightning is the most dangerous of weather conditions that may affect firework shows. Unlit fireworks can be lit by stray lightning strikes and ignite on ground. <br><br>Too much or too little wind can be dangerous during a fireworks display. The fireworks explosions create smoke, and wind moves the smoke. Calm winds do not help dissipate smoke, and strong winds can blow smoke or hot embers into areas with spectators. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Usually, air is cooler the higher it gets in the atmosphere, but sometimes the opposite happens. This is called a temperature inversion. This warm air can act as a lid, trapping the cooler air and smoke at the surface during a fireworks display. The smoke can lead to block the view of the fireworks, but can also cause coughing. </div>]]></description>
